LAWYER

The successful candidate will be assisting the group in carrying out registrations of companies, making amendments to the corporate structures, preparation of minutes, legal advise, consulting on corporate Law.

Skills and Qualifications

Graduated from Law Faculty with knowledge of Cyprus Corporate Law
Advocate Cyprus License
Minimum 2 year working experience as Lawyer
Knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel, etc.) and Internet
Perfect knowledge of Greek and English language
Pleasant personality

Duties and responsibilities

Preparation and submission of company registration forms to the Registrar of Companies
Preparations and submission of amendments
Preparation of minutes, resolutions, company documents
Reviewing corporate documents
Transfer of companies from other providers
Advising on Cyprus Corporate Law
Advising on merges and acquisitions of companies
Participation in Conferences with presentations on Cyprus Corporate Law
